Terms & Conditions
Current website terms — please check the latest version before relying on them.
These Terms govern your use of OutAgain. OutAgain is an online marketplace that allows people to offer eligible tickets they already hold for transfer or resale to other customers.
1. What OutAgain is
OutAgain is a marketplace and transaction service. Unless a listing says otherwise, OutAgain is not the event organiser, venue, promoter or original ticket issuer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy tickets or sell tickets through OutAgain. You must provide accurate account information.
3. Buying tickets
Before purchasing, check the event or attraction, date and time, ticket type, quantity, seating information where applicable, age or entry restrictions, named-ticket requirements, accessibility restrictions, original ticket price where applicable, and any other restrictions shown on the listing.
4. Ticket information
Sellers must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and disclose material restrictions that could affect the buyer's ability to use the ticket.
5. Ticket resale restrictions
Not every ticket is transferable or eligible for resale. Sellers are responsible for checking the original ticket terms and ensuring they have the right to transfer or resell the ticket. OutAgain may restrict particular venues, events or ticket types where resale or transfer is prohibited or presents an unacceptable risk.
6. Seller responsibilities
Sellers confirm that they are entitled to sell or transfer the ticket, that it is genuine, has not already been sold or transferred, and that the listing is accurate. Sellers must not list tickets they do not possess or cannot transfer.
7. Fees
OutAgain currently charges sellers a 10% fee on successful sales. A 3.5% buyer payment fee is currently charged to the buyer. Applicable fees are shown before the transaction is completed.
8. Payment and payouts
Payments are processed using Stripe. OutAgain may delay or hold a seller payout where reasonably necessary to protect buyers, investigate a dispute, comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud.
9. Delivery
The seller is responsible for providing the ticket in the manner and timeframe specified. If a seller fails to provide the ticket, provides the wrong ticket, or provides a ticket that cannot reasonably be used because of an issue attributable to the seller, OutAgain may cancel the transaction and refund the buyer, subject to applicable law.
10. Buyer disputes
Our separate Buyer Protection & Disputes Policy explains how problems are investigated. Buyers should normally report an event or admission problem within 24 hours of the scheduled event or admission time. OutAgain may extend this period where reasonable.
11. Dispute decisions
OutAgain may ask both sides for evidence and may contact a venue or organiser where appropriate. Depending on the evidence, outcomes can include a full or partial refund, cancellation, release of seller funds, or other reasonable action.
12. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, misleading or incentivised reviews are not permitted.
13. Fraud and misuse
We may suspend accounts or cancel transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, counterfeit or stolen tickets, duplicate sales, payment fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, unlawful resale or abuse of the dispute process.
14. Event cancellation
If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed by the organiser, the applicable process will depend on the circumstances, original ticket terms and applicable law.
15. Legal rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
