Seller Terms
Current website terms — please check the latest version before relying on them.
These terms apply whenever you list a ticket through OutAgain.
Your responsibilities
By listing a ticket you confirm that you own it or have the right to transfer it; it is genuine; it has not already been sold or transferred; the listing is accurate; material restrictions are disclosed; you have checked the original ticket terms; and you will provide the ticket promptly after a sale.
Information you must provide
Where applicable, listings should include the event or attraction, date, time, ticket type, quantity, seat information, original ticket price, resale price, material restrictions, and any identification or membership requirement.
Prohibited listings
Do not list counterfeit, stolen, fraudulently obtained or duplicate tickets, tickets you cannot transfer, or tickets that breach restrictions that make them unsuitable for resale. OutAgain may prohibit specific events, venues or ticket types.
Fees
OutAgain currently charges a 10% seller fee on successful sales. The applicable fee is shown during the listing/sale process.
Payouts
Seller payouts are processed using Stripe. OutAgain may delay payout while a transaction is verified or disputed.
Disputes
If a buyer raises a dispute, you will be given an opportunity to respond and provide relevant evidence. OutAgain will consider evidence from both sides before making a decision.
Account restrictions
OutAgain may suspend or remove listings and accounts where there is evidence of fraud, repeated breaches, unsafe behaviour or misuse of the marketplace.
Nothing in these Seller Terms removes rights you may have under applicable law.
